I was in a similar situtation a week ago, in which this girl asked for my permission to date one of her coworkers, to which I agreed completely and said it was totally fine with me.

Shit hit the fan 15 minutes later, she followed me sobbing to my house (2km) and stayed on the sidewalk, crying, calling and texting me until I got out, it was 3am in the morning already. This was some intense soap opera shit, I seriously feared ending up in jail.

Married plate wanted to throw in my face that she was fucking her husband, and had done so the night before. All because some memento from my past with a different chick was sitting out in a box. I just sat there in my boxers, monotone voice, "Okay". I had already figured she was fucking him again anyways, would be stupid not to assume that.

The hamster went into overdrive for 15 minutes, flipping back and forth, saying I'm horrible for not wanting to be with her, how she's a horrible wife, etc etc. She still came over a week later for my dick.
