All people have problems. Just ask random people about their issues. Everyone has them. Health, career, relationship. But you think you are special. No struggle for special snowflake #521. Buhuhu. You will surely complain about many things. Going to the gym? Planning and cooking your meals? Approaching girls on the day? Reaching your new sales quota? Finding your purpose?

The struggle is real. So many people need motivational or positivity to keep them going. Don’t get me wrong. I love Gary V’s positivity shit. I can also relate to many spiritual and mediation philosophies. But the new age and positivity / motivational industry just lies to you the same as your average politician.

THE STRUGGLE WONT END. You can’t be happy all the time. Just the truth.

There is no light without shadow. That’s the deal. You have to accept to go sometimes through hard times.

What really changed my life was to accept negativity. In fact if you can do that, you integrate your shadow parts (C. Jung). By accepting your own “bad” feelings, moments and struggles you automatically save energy. Why? You need energy to fight negativity. You need to form a new mask to “be happy”.

Did you ever try to get into state in a club? Maybe because you thought that only a hyper charismatic, positive guy is able to pickup girls in a club. There is no way to pickup girls depressed, tired or in a shitty mood. That’s wrong.

Accept your negativity. Be authentic. Accept your struggles. Accept the roller-coaster ride. You will have to go down eventually. Anything else is coping. Alcohol, drugs, social media, porn, fast food. Everything to numb your pain, struggle and negativity. Try another way. Accept the struggle and become limitless.

Lesson learned: Fuck motivational and new age positivism. Accept negativity and negative feelings. Save energy and master new, bigger challenges faster.
