Take your Xbox, your PS4 and all of your games and give it away. If you're anything like me, video games have sucked up massive amounts of time in your life. Thousands and thousands of hours wasted.

They say it takes 10 thousand hours to master a skill, now ask yourself how many skills you could have mastered if you traded your video game time for real life knowledge and experiences.

When video games/social media/tv are no longer an option you force yourself to do something productive.

Draw. Write. Meditate. Clean. Go meet some women. Learn something new. Just do something that will help you grow as a person rather than levelling up your character.

Video games can be a great way to relax and are fun in moderation, but again, if you're anything like me, you do not play them in moderation.

We're taking the red pill for a reason, we want to see the truth, virtual reality is escapism. Stop escaping reality. Make your life so good that you never want to escape it.

Edit: Forgot how defensive reddit was about video games.
