Throughout middle and high school I always felt like I was on the bottom of the food chain. I was skinny, weak, and afraid to be around the bigger and stronger guys. I lacked a true red pill example growing up, and being bullied didn't help my self image either. I became very angry about the cards I was dealt, I wished I wasn't skinny and hated my body.Fast forward to junior year, i got into an accident and was on crutches for 6 months with damage to my knee. I missed the soccer season. With time on my hands after school, I began visiting the gym just to "try it out" since a few friends in my grade started working out.

After a month I became hooked. I saw the attention that the buff guys at school had and I became hungry for that. I knew I was skinny, knew I wasn't tall, knew girls didn't want me, but I stopped caring. I was tired of being depressed, tired of blaming my genetics, tired of being a victim. As I progressed with my routines, I faced a lot of criticism at school. Guys told me "you'll never be big" or would mock me saying how "huge I was" and laughing.

Fast forward to college. I've been lifting for 2 years, I walk with my head High, I can't fit into the same clothes I could junior year, I went from 130-170lbs. I'm going to the gym 3-4 times a week and my goal weight is 185lbs. People I used to know stop me and don't believe I'm the same person, I'm popular now, people listen when I speak. No one fucks with me, girls are interested when I approach them.
