I believe all of you reading this already realize the importance of voice, even those of you who never really thought about it.

Sure, body language, looks, and everything else is important too, but voice is a critical factor as well - I mean, hell, it's the most core way of communication. All those posts around here which (rightfully) urge you to speak with confidence - they all depend on your voice.
I'll tell you even more - if your voice is powerful, steady, doesn't drop or shake - women will notice that, as well as men - at the very least subconsciously.
It will help you both not detract (voice drops, other bad vocals) and attract (strong voice, steadiness) women. It will help you elsewhere, too!
It will give you an advantage, too - most people who are not professionally speaking (or singing) will neglect their voice, meaning a strong and steady voice is yet another feature you'll have that the "average" man doesn't.

Now, a few of you might thing all I've written above is inborn - I mean, it's a really easy to assume a voice is something you're born with and can't be changed much.
While this assumption has some truth to it, even if you weren't born with a very flexible voice, only has some characteristics that are permanent. You might not be able to imitate every single person you hear on TV, but you can improve your own voice.
Also, some people have potential for clearer and stronger voices in the end, but, it's like going to the gym - you might never be able to bench press 100KG, but unless you plan to do it for living, you don't really have to.

I will not be writing a wall of text here, but instead, I'll guide you to some very basic series of voice exercises on Youtube:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4

There are others, too, and some more advanced. I'd recommend starting with the ones above, and advancing when you feel comfortable.

Hope this helps some of you on the road to self improvement.
