The Tough Mudder I've been training for was last weekend. Despite being a mile longer and 10,000 feet elevation higher, I beat my time in my first race in March by almost an hour thanks to the training I've been doing.

The gymnastics rings I installed were very helpful. The rings on the final obstacle were worn smooth from 50,000+ hands using them, and they were OILY from one of the slippery slope obstacles before. 50% of the men and 70% of the women fell by the second or third ring. I not only made it across, but stopped and did some upside-down pullups to the delight of the crowd.

Training at higher altitude really helped get my sea level lungs in shape.

I'm running two more of these this year and hope to get my time down by another 40 minutes. I'd like to run the Colorado race again next year, it's one of the best venues.

If you want some motivation and to break out of your ordinary routine, I strongly recommend looking into obstacle course racing. Lots of fun, fit people come together for these things.

This week was a disaster. AFter learning that I most likely have aspergers, I went into a depressive mood.

Luckily, I got obsessed over putting together a plan for improving myself so that I can function better/integrate into society.

Didn't go to the gym or work on my usual goals this week.

My plan involves therapy/supplements/medicatons so that I can achieve my goals in life..

I've also been thinking about the future and am exploring a career in the military? Any advice in that regard? What are the pros and cons to a military career.

I'm 26 and I just got out of a relationship for 3 and a half years after she tried to hide some guy she was seeing on the down low. It was a long time coming anyways. PTSD, selfish, fish in bed etc.
I told her I wanted to end on a good note and told her I missed her body. She gave me the best head of my entire life shortly after that. The official reason why I broke up with her was because I needed to focus on school, work, and myself. She told me not to sleep with other girls and she would get jealous. LOL. Still hurts tho :(
I've got my student loan stuff handled and classes ready to be signed up for once my hold on my account is gone.

This week sucked donkey dick.

I've got three different jobs. One full time, one part time, and one just casual weekend work that I use as an excuse for flirting with horse girls and helping myself to the odd can of lemon squash. I got fired from my full-time and part-time jobs within three days of each other, one for singing too loudly on the job and the other because my car broke down. I've still got my weekend gig for checking out the asses (and IDs if they turn out to be under eighteen. Gotta stay vigilant on this one) of horse girls at least.

At least I've been busy fixing up my appearance. Acne died down a shit ton, got a good haircut to show off my luscious curly locks, got most of my hairline back thanks to finasteride and I've been counting my calories to prevent those extra few kilos from creeping up.

I'm on week 2 of my cut and living the intermittent fasting lifestyle. So far so good, the hunger pangs and headaches were brutal for the first week but I've settled in nicely in the 2nd week. My lifts have dipped slightly overall but i'm still getting some solid workouts in.

I'm down 8lbs so far, started at 215 lbs, weighed 207 lbs this morning. End goal is 190 lbs.

I started simple habit stacking. First 15 days i took cold showers, then i added 50 push-ups right before my morning cold shower, 15 days later added 50 push-ups before bed. I just do this on top of my daily workouts to keep myself on a routine and maintain discipline. I'm also working on getting 8 hours of sleep every single night since my job requires me to work 4 hour shifts during all parts of the day.

Gonna get some roller blades and explore my area a little more and try to be more active outside. Keeping it simple.

Good: I improved alot in my LTR. I don't get all stressed and pressure myself, I'm finally owning my shit.

My body is gaining muscle because I've been lifting a bit and Doing pushups.

Started drinking water.

My Mentality has changed in a good way. Feel more alive, don't really think blue pilled that much. I think I'm fully accepting trp truths (blue pill mind set would kick in from time to time before).

Bad: I said I would run and I didn't run at all.

I sometimes don't control my eating at night (don't eat alot but still).

This past week and a half has been a huge failure.

After losing my job I went to live with my father while I attend college (20 atm so compared to peers we are all in the same boat). Surprise, my ex-wife is living there. He is first generation asian so is completely about keeping a family together no matter what. My first mistake was not talking to him heart to heart and leaving right then. I spent three weeks with my newborn daughter before my ex ran off to texas to live with her father, and promptly got our daughter taken away by CPS because she's unstable and her father is an alcoholic with numerous DUI's.

Since my daughter left, I've done a complete 180 and gone backwards. I stopped going to the gym, haven't been sleeping until 4-5 AM every day, and have been eating like shit. I'm aware of these things, but to actually sleep or change it to how I had it is just a lot at the moment. Slowly but surely I'm working on it. I might stay up all night tonight, and drink a bunch of caffeine to survive tomorrow and sleep early, as I only work 12-5 tomorrow.

In other news, I blew a few hundred dollars that I shouldn't have this night on who knows what. Dumb decisions all around these past two weeks, change is going to start today.

cut down to my target weight (152 lbs, I'm 5' 7") (now about 8% bf)
signed up to take the MCAT in a month
Used my free time to study chemistry this weekend (Important for MCAT)

Bad:

It's hard to relegate myself to only use my free time for productive things, like studying.
Not sure if this is bad or just is, but I don't really feel like there's any benefit to having friends at this time in my life. Girls are accessible via tinder or just via approaching them at school and in classes, and friends just seem like time sinks that often take more than they give
I'm bored. Studying encompasses most of my time, and the girls I'm talking to are really not interesting or fun.

Today is my fourth week in the gym, and I've been going every day. I hit PR's on deadlift and bench (275 and 185 respectively.) I finished a book, and listened to 7 podcasts while at the gym. I graduated from college in May, and have been looking for a job ever since. I've meditated 12 minutes every day, and did some soul searching to find what I really wanted in my life. It's been a good week.

Did two out of three workouts of Stronglifts this week despite intense heat and no AC in the gym. Went out with a girl from school that I haven't seen in over 2 years. Went on holiday in the countryside with my father and away from the big city. Continued with driving school. Meditated 3 times a week Cut my time playing video games

Bad

Missed third workout due to weekend holiday My diet has been shite for the past 3 days due to the holiday. I maintained frame with the aforementioned girl and she was quite impressed to see the physical improvement I made since last time she saw me. Lost a bit of frame at the end, but I am definitely going to go out with her again. I plan on going hiking after I return and asking her to tag along. Not meditating every day. Need to cold approach women to start spinning plates. Still finding time to play video games.

Next week I am going back to a good diet, and maintain lifting 3x a week plus swimming during rest days. I do have driving school in the morning, which is when I usually lift as it gets really hot after midday.

Furthermore, since I felt bad, I ended up telling the bartender (without the guy knowing) to put the drinks he bought for me plus one he bought himself on my tab. I should have just said fuck it and paid for what I got and left. *Saw a super sexy chick behind a register on my field trip, but she was surrounded by other chicks who looked like her friends, so I used that as an excuse not to go in and chat her up.

Good 25% of the way through the Python course on Codeacademy, looking forward to finishing it and working towards proficiency in a coding language. Stuck to my gym routine - Worked up to (45kg x 5) on Tricep dips, psyched about that. Finally updated my wardrobe to get clothes with a better fit. My cut has rendered my old clothes a poor fit. Composed myself with more calm and authority this week, especially in stressful situations at work etc.

Bad Didn't manage to go out this week, ate too much sugar.

I'll slowly be revamping my Social Media for the thicc chiccs in the upcoming months, by no means a priority - but probs a worthwhile investment.

Not this week but in the past few weeks I've been doing german volume training at the gym, or 10 sets method. After feeling the gains stagnating on the 5 day bro split, I decided to go for something a little more intense. This routine is brutal and certainly not a beginners routine but it will push you past your limit every time. The muscle mass I've been putting on is astounding and people in my life have been noticing how much bigger I'm getting. And I've only been at it for a month.

In one aspect I'm progressing, lifting on five day splits even while starting new better job and moving to a different state.

On the other hand in this new location I've been on three dates with three girls I thought were definitely below what I'm accustomed to back home. All three gave strong signals they were not interested. I have some plates back at my previous address that are sending nudes and telling me to come back, but confidence in question today. I think I look better than ever but perhaps my persona is too available. Fuck.

Decided to cut out porn and stop fapping for the time being as a means to increase my motivation, decrease social anxiety, free up an embarrassingly large amount of free time and overall make myself more productive. So far seeing some decent improvements.
Gathered a collection of books that I'm going to read and got started on the first one.
Currently working on putting together a bulking meal plan and creating a gym program so I can get back into shape
Probably going to start back up with MMA within the next month
Mapped out my life - What I currently want/What I'm doing well/What I'm doing wrong/Where I want to get to, and began taking steps to clarify my goals and achieve them.

Bad

Didn't devote much time to training my dogs this week which I really need to prioritize higher.
Didn't print out resumes, didn't apply for jobs
Didn't meditate or do yoga all week and I feel noticeably worse.
Watched way too much Netflix lately.

I've joined the gym on Monday night with a group of friends, I was supposed to go on Tuesday morning, I didn't even set an alarm. I woke up late. I sent a message to said friends and I recovered the situation and went anyways and trained. Made an acquaintance there. Thing is, this gym I'm going to is a university's gym. My future university, so any acquaintance I make has a value.

I've been working as a waiter. It fucking sucks holy shit. I thought monday night was bad, no it's even worse tonight holy fuck. I was literally running at one point, how do these other ladys do this? Whatever, it's a summer job, it's only temporary so you bet your fucking ass I'm gonna stick it through.

I'm still waiting for my acceptance letter from the army. They were asking for additional medical information regarding my ADHD and vision, cause I wear glasses. So I went to the doc and got my papers for ADHD, he checked no for all the possible symptoms, so I don't think I should have problems with ADHD, now for vision I went to the optometrist and he told me I'm mildly myopic so it's not like legally blind or someshit big, and even if they bring it up I'll get lasik and get it covered 100% by insurance.

Otherwise, I can feel this pressure build up. Sexual pressure. I'm not gonna jerk it, I'll see where the wave takes me.

Actually followed my half marathon training plan. After hooking up with a girl who had a boyfriend (didn't know) she tried to get me to send a text that made it seem like we didn't do anything. Originally thought about doing it but then realized that drama is not worth it, there's an abundance of girls just like her. Took the plunge on starting my own business. Feels absolutely incredible. Created personal strategic plan

I definitely feel like I need to unplug from my phone. I have an addictive personality and it's becoming a problem. Spending a lot of time being sediment. I'm telling my self I deserve it after achieving a goal but it's becoming longer and longer. Met a group of girls a good 10-15 yrs older than me. Didn't follow up after exchanging info.

HOWEVER, this shit makes me upset. I'm ambitious, hating, angry and competitive all the time.

Anyone like this? How do you manage to be happy? Or at least have a positive outlook. I have a great life but for some reason I don't seem to notice it and always seek for better. There are many people in this life I could compare myself to, and compared to them my life is so different to the point that I should be spreading all of my 32 teeth to people all the fucking time....
