I'm throwing a question out and providing some context.

What's your end game to all this? From a personal standpoint, how do you see the RP philosophy benefiting your life?

Note, I'm decidedly a "fellow traveler" philosophically. If I had a criticism of the Red Pill it's a tendency away from critical self examination. So much effort is extended to outward criticisms of modern femininity (these criticisms are valid and well deserved). When discussion turns inward to cultivating masculinity, this is where I see issues. Granted, I absolutely understand the need to "deprogram" young men raised on feminist indoctrinating bullshit.

BUT

This "alpha" role-model so often described is lacking. It's the masculine as imagined by someone who knows nothing beyond the superficial. It can seem, at times, like the "alpha" personality is a collection of all the traits feminists hate, taken to an extreme. Its, at best, reactionary and antagonistic.

On the good, I read a lot about authenticity, self cultivation, and the general abandonment of the slave morality of modernity. But what next? How should afree man with will and power go about his life? Is the selfish embrace of hedonism an acceptable end? Is there anything more?
