I'm actually going to have to disagree with your view. My response is assuming that everything the OP said was true BTW.

First, is it sad that the guy has no concept of self? Yes, beyond question its quite sad. But, I think this is a trp female from the opposite perspective. She is getting him to do projects around his house he hadn't done, gets her own needs taken care of and puts in work when OP isn't there or can't do it. She exemplifies red pill traits - the gender flipped equivalent is a guy who has a totally submissive girlfriend that he uses to take care of his needs. Would anyone here knock a guy for that? Of course not. She has made OP productive while self serving her own needs. She's classically manipulated him by allowing him to dress her giving him a fake sense of control in the relationship. If you put the genders aside the dark triad part of me respects her, and it's better for the OP to have a "alpha female" who makes him productive and serves her own needs rather than a gf who just sucks him dry and otherwise contributes nothing and encourages the self destruction of OP

I find no problem with what she's doing. She's no more manipulative than trp teaches us to be, she's just refined it from years of experience.
