As you progress along your self-improvement journey leveling up your status, looks, frame, money, and game, one of the biggest issues I've seen guys experience, myself included at times, is getting stuck on the mid-level women who will initially be interested in you.

As you all know hypergamy exists and in its basic form women date up (and across to a lesser extent nowadays).

  • If you're a 5 at the start, then you can expect women 5 and below to be attracted to you, especially the women 4 and below.
  • A you level up and become a 6 in this example, you'll find more 5s attracted to you than ever before and even some 6s.
  • Should you become a 7, then you're going to start having fun with 6s and the occasional 7.

This same effect happens over and over the more and more attractive you become.

Now for the pitfall that I see a ton of guys falling into...

Once they're attracting women slightly above what they were normally getting, they settle down with these women and end up getting stuck in their self-improvement journey never realizing their full potential.

My advice is to explore those new options, but don't settle down with them initially. Start adding to your roster and continue leveling up. You will break plates, but you have to be okay with this if you are going to truly improve and not hold yourself back from becoming the best version of yourself.

TL;DR - Do not get stuck on the mid-level women you start getting success with.
