Being honest with yourself is the most overlooked message in all of this. The quick-fix, women-must-bow-before-me-now crowd here don't realize how painfully obvious they are. This is because they can't see beyond their own bullshit.

Before you ever bitch about women hamstering you had damn well be sure you aren't running on that same wheel. Stop deluding yourselves. Dismount and put in the fucking work.

We always judge others by their actions. Yet judge ourselves by our intentions.

Taking the pill is to judge oneself by actions not intentions. It is a simple step in theory but fully grasping this fact is a hard process because if often reflects very badly upon us. Most examine this path but turn away due to fear of hardship, laziness or the soothing but hollow platitudes of their peers.

I'd like to add a clarification. We lie to ourselves, but it's not our "ego" per se (this concept is wildly outdated - useful only as a shortcut to the truth).

Almost everyone is motivated to have a positive view of themself (except depressed people), and this goes hand in hand with avoiding cognitive dissonance.

Fucked up at work? Wasn't my fault completely, im good at my job! It must have been the situation making it hard for me

Got fat and lazy? I'm not actually lazy, i just work too much and am too busy to work out!

Scared to approach a pretty girl? Well, im hanging out with my friends, it would be rude to leave them, plus what kevin is saying right now is kind of interesting! Im not nervous, i dont actually want to approach her, i would approach if i wanted to!

Stuck in a dead end relationship (personal example)? I'm planning on getting out, its just she's got some big things coming up and i dont want to wreck them. Im not scared of change/breakup/hurt!

In all these situations, our behaviour is not consistent with our view of ourselves as good, motivated, not a pussy. Therefore, we can change our behaviour (hard!), change our self-concept (also hard! we are intrinsically motivated to think well of ourselves), or change our interpretation of our behaviour using those excuses (very, very easy).

In fact, it is so easy to look at our behaviour through rose-tinted glasses that this is automatic. Looking at it objectively creates cognitive dissonance (competing thoughts/behaviours) which we are motivated to avoid.

We're never going to be able to look at ourselves completely objectively 100% of the time, but knowing the reasons why we make excuses for ourselves - and doing the best we can to avoid this - will help us improve various parts of our lives. See if you can catch yourself doing this next time you do something less than ideal.

Doing this may make performing the hard option - changing our behaviour to what we actually want to do, that much easier.

in terms of gender dynamics in this country, the odds are stacked against us men.

women are hypergamous. so they'll want someone better than them...meaning your 6s will want 8s as partners. that means most men will have to date down.
women can't give you the love you truly desire (a mother's love). their love is conditional.
relationships with women can become games of power filled with manipulation
society and the legal system protect women. you'll lose a lot through divorce even if they cheat or just want out for whatever reason. they can hit you but you can't hit back. they can yell at you but if you yell back, you seem like an asshole. the white knights will rush to their side.
womanese. what comes out of their mouths mask their true intentions and contradict their actions.
there are now more women than men in high education institutions suggesting they're more driven and more focused than men. they will eventually be making more $$$ than us.
they don't always want you as a partner, but they'll try their best to keep you around to boost their own ego, sending you on a wild-goose chase and wasting years of your life.

so the odds of you finding and keeping a trustworthy, loyal, sincere, physically attractive, and fair female is even lower than you'd expect. this world, shaped and created by males for millennia, now rests in the grasp of women. the oppression caused by the feminist movement combined with the complacency and stagnation of men, has made this world an unpleasant place. we have to start taking action and it begins with self growth and improvement.

strive to attain a career that fulfills you both financially, mentally, and emotionally.
take care of your health as money/power/women/achievements will not matter if you drop dead from a cardiovascular event from eating fried chicken and mcdonald's your entire life.
intimately understand the dynamics of social interaction. be a man who can give value to others. be man who can make people laugh and engage in great conversations. be the man who can lift the spirits of others and inspire.
lead others by example not for personal fame but to effect meaningful change.
be selfless and selfish at the same time. enrich the lives of others without impoverishing the life of your own.
study and perfect your game to attain female partners that add, not detract, happiness from your life.
do not waste your life chasing after women that don't want you. do not waste your life in mediocrity.
believe in yourself and be able to gracefully handle criticism.
you are the master of your emotions. maintain your frame and nothing can harm you.
to level the playing ground, we will not allow ourselves to sink to the level of feminists and other oppressive groups. their tactics are beneath us. we strive to become better not by pushing others down but by raising ourselves as high as we can.

there should be no hostility towards women or society. we need to look at our current situation and simply change it.

To find the Red Pill I lost my wife, and the awesome girl that I met after her a few months later. Not a small price for the education, but at least I am still 29 yo and will be able to take better decisions from now on.

And the most important will be to learn to be happy by myself and not finding a girl to fill the hole in my heart.

Tree of Knowledge.

I'm a bit of a theology buff and this is an important distinction because if god made us in his image that would likely include access to his wisdom because knowledge is what gives form to our lives. Aside from god not wanting man to learn this knowledge, which he left available why? Presumably because he was into freedom of knowledge and the agency of his creation, beyond that point this shows his rejection of abstract morality and his desire for man to never partake of the fruits (results) of the knowledge which defines one thing as good and another as bad arbitrarily. It's a theme glossed over by almost everyone but it helps to explain most everything that god does but it paints him in a new light for most modern theologians so they just ignore it.
