God banished Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden because they ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. All knowledge comes at a price.

Oh, you thought the Red Pill was free? This wonderful online forum with helpful tips and tricks that will get you magically laid... no, if you take away nothing else from here, understand that nothing is free. You have to sacrifice something to swallow the pill. You have to sacrifice your hamster.

You think you've swallowed the pill? You think you're all "alpha" now? Well, until you fully grasp what I'm about to tell you, this forum is totally worthless to you. Just symbols on a computer screen. The fact is...

YOU DON'T GET TO LIE TO YOURSELF ANYMORE.

Congratulations! You've swallowed the infamous Red Pill. Happy Birthday! You've been born again with a new purpose: you get to spend every waking moment cleansing the hypocrisy from your life.

We all lie to ourselves more than we do to anyone else. It's automatic. Whether you realize it or not, your ego is constantly moving the finish line closer so you can sleep at night. Guess what? It should keep you up at night. Every wasted moment and opportunity should give you terrible nightmares.

Want to get your good night's sleep back? A 50% effort might be good enough to get you through the day with your teachers or your boss. You might be able to get by with 75% at the gym, and still have people think you're sweet. The problem is, you're the only person you'll have to answer to on your deathbed. If you pour all of yourself into every endeavor you undertake, I guarantee you'll sleep like a baby. There is no better feeling in the world than KNOWING that you're honest with yourself in your full and complete effort to achieve your goals. It's better than any sex: there is no woman alive who can give or take the feeling of satisfaction from you.

No one cares what your good intentions are. You're not half as awesome as you imagine. You have to earn everything you want out of life, no one will give it to you. Take back your expectations from others, you might be able to lie to them, but you don't get to lie to yourself anymore.

The Pill is bitter, but life is sweet.
