Most of the things on that article is a myth, but they're good things to practice on a daily basis nonetheless. The bit about the cold shower for instance doesn't necessarily increase your T but it makes you feel alive and sets you up for the rest of the day. Eating correctly is the number one reason for T production, by having a nutritiously dense food high in protein, you're providing your body the correct micronutrient it needs, that's not to say carbohydrates and fats should be neglected, but fats and protein should be your main focus. Also stress reduction is shown to increase T by lowering cortisol, Ashwaganda seems to do a brilliant job, coupled with daily mindfulness mediation it could have a huge positive impact on your cortisol levels, thus increasing your testosterone levels in return. And final but not least, vitamin D, this alongside vitamin K2 has been shown to increase your testosterone. Of course I've crudely covered the nutritional aspect of this, I'm sure we all know heavy lifting increases T.

I think there are many factors in the declining testosterone levels, especially in the West.

Increase in obesity: Over 65% of US adults are overweight or obese, in 1950, only 33% were overweight. Fat is basically an estrogen amplifier - the aromatase in fats converts testosterone into estrogen. Also, the higher your estrogen, the fatter you get. It's a vicious positive feedback loop.

The war against cholesterol: Modern dietary advice advises you to limit your cholesterol. While controlling your cholesterol levels is important, cholesterol is also the building block for all your steroid hormones including testosterone.

Exogenous estrogen: Xenoestrogens and other types of exogenous estrogenic compounds are increasing in the environment due to plastics and prevalence of birth control pills. (Xenoandrogens, OTOH, are almost non-existent.)

Change in Omega 3/Omega 6 ratio: Modern diets are higher in vegetable oils which contain more Omega 6 oils, so we're taking in way too many Omega-6 oils vs Omega-3 oils found in fish and walnuts. Everything I've read says that a more balanced O3/O6 ratio is important in maintaining testosterone levels but I can't find any sources now - in fact the published sources I found say that higher O3 intake is associated with lower testosterone levels.

Note that I'm not necessarily recommending that you run out and start eating more saturated fats and high cholesterol foods, especially if you have arteriosclerosis, hypertension, or other heart disease, but I can almost guarantee that it will increase your testosterone levels.

I will wholeheartedly recommend losing weight (if you could stand to lose some), getting enough sleep, taking vitamin D3 supplements, Omega-3 supplements, eating more olive oil, drinking filtered water out of stainless steel BPA-free canisters, avoiding plastic containers, and lifting.

Edit: Making most of the above changes in my life (except for cholesterol consumption) raised my levels from 470 ng/mL to 820 ng/mL over a few months. You can see from this article on normal testosterone levels that I went from having an average level for a 75-84 year old man (I'm not quite that old) to having a high level for just about any age.

I've started a low dose, 12.5mg ED, Clomid programme since december last year to increase natural T-levels because at 43 I thought it could use a boost.

No bloodtests but there are a few tell tale signs that it's working; fuller testes, more ejaculate and some gains in the gym.

No side effects at this dose and it's cheap, so worth considering in my book.

Those are some great tips! Here's another easy tip for increasing testosterone: Inject 500mg test enanthate into your ass once a week. None of this pussy footing around.

I've heard that eating bull's testicles might help raise T levels, but tried to confirm via googling and didn't get definite proof that it does so. Might be worth a mention, anyway... If i find somewhere that does them, i might even try just to see what they're about.
