Point is fellas, keep the texts. Have security cameras in the house. If you have rough sex, make sure to get texts like he had confirming that the woman clearly wanted it. He should easily win the case, but its impossible to know with the current legal system.

If he didnt have texts and instagram dms to back up his story, this would easily be he said she said, which always favors the women in the legal system.

Most women wont do this to you. The odds of this happening to you are slim. Take the necessary precautions anyway. You never know when a chick will turn on you
