He's sleeping with someone new after two weeks; meanwhile you, as a woman, could be sleeping with someone 2 hours after breaking up with him, if that's what you wanted. That is meaningless. He hasn't found love or anything to brag about. I know you must be feeling awful, and I just want you to know you will feel better within a few days. Those feelings you are having are WITHDRAWAL, from addictive high/low behavior and trauma bonding.

It feels REALLY BAD. Think about how hard it is for people to walk away from addictions. You need to engage in self care. I would encourage you to read Why Does He Do That by Lundy Bancroft. It will help you clear the cobwebs of fantasy surrounding your relationship and clarify for you all the negative things.

You WILL be okay, better than okay even.

Focus on the next breath. Do the next thing in front of you that needs doing. One minute, one hour, one day at a time.

Every woman I know who has succeeded in breaking free from abuse has leveled up SO HARD over the course of the next 5 years.

You need to get therapy right away. Contact your doctor and tell them how you are feeling. Continue to block your ex and try not to think about the woman he is with - no doubt he is treating her like shit too.

Literally in the same boat as you and I really feel for you.
I wish I had better advice other than saying this has NOTHING to do with you and everything to do with who he is as a person. His shitty narcissistic behaviour does not have any effect on your value, you are lovable and amazing.
The new person is his new supply in the love bombing phase who will end up being devalued and discarded.

You're out of it, you can breathe, you can heal, you can find you again. This is what I tell myself even though some days I feel like absolute garbage.

Do you really think you lost someone of value when you are pretty certain that he’s having sex with someone so soon after ending a relationship. That’s the behaviour of an emotionally immature person.

I'm so sorry it feels bad now - I get it, I also thought I lost someone incredible, but really he was only half as good as the guy I met after him. You will soon be so much better off for doing this! You'll find someone who loves your strength and you'll forget about that manchild who felt he had to pull you down to his level. You've got this!

You are a brave, lovable human being. What you are feeling is the healing process. It’s not easy to heal from this type of abuse, so give yourself some extra love and care whenever you need it and can.

Remember there is a huge community of women here to cheer you on. And in a few weeks, you’ll be doing so much better, and in a few years you won’t even be bothered to remember the name of this shitstain of a man.

Celebrate yourself for being free of him!! Even if it wasn’t your choice initially - I believe sometimes things like this happen so you can learn from it and level up. Consider yourself lucky that you didn’t give any more time to this man! Heal, love yourself, and build yourself a community of people who love and support you for who you are.
