This sub is pretty obsessed with lower body fat levels which is fine for purely being aesthetic to women. But please don’t do a 5x5 linear progression program in a caloric deficit. It’s your time that you could make borderline steroid like gains, please don’t be an idiot and ruin it by eating like a bird.

Carnivore. Eat meat, fat and eggs for lunch and dinner. No breakfast. A little dairy, organ meats. Nothing with carbs in it. Eat until you don't feel hungry but don't pig out. You will naturally eat more as you do more work. Easy to replace body lard with muscle on this "diet".

Not complicated, but the cleaner your food is the more you will benefit. Grass fed, organic for preference.

Ok, I actually logged in, just to call you a dipshit. Do you have any understanding of anything? Let me break it down for you.

You are 200lbs. Your TDEE is probably around 2500 calories / day. So, the optimistic estimates of DNP use is 10% of your TDEE per 100mg. So you are looking at around 800mg DNP per day. Spoiler: The estimates are optimistic.

Have you ever done DNP before? Because 1) that dose is flirting with death, 2) you aren't going to be doing any powerlifting on half that DNP dose and finally 3) when the cravings hit you are going to be shoveling ice cream into your goddamn maw like your boyfriend dumped you and called you a fat bitch, right after dumping a goodbye load into your anus.

Oh, you haven't heard of "out eating the DNP?" Yeah, they don't tell you, sure, DNP will burn calories, but your body knows it's happening and amps up the hunger because it knows you are starving. So now, you are as hungry as an african in a "save the children" commercial, and as hot, shirt soaked with sweat even though you cranked the AC down to 65 and are in front of a box fan. Oh yeah, the couch that you can't get up from because you have no energy is also soaked.

If, on the off chance you are able to motivate yourself to get off the couch, you won't be lifting anything but girly weights, while putting in an effort that looks worthy of fucking atlas holding up the world. But in reality, you will be lifting a pair of pink dumbells.

And finally, that diet plan you asked for? Don't bother, you won't be able to stick to it. People think that one herculean effort is going to get you to where you want. That's why they are all still fat. The truth is, you are going to have to give up things every day for the rest of your life. If by some miracle, and by miracle, I mean pact with the devil, you do manage to go on a DNP run, and lose all that weight, you WILL gain it back within three months, tops. Why? Because you don't have the habits to keep the weight off.

You need to set sustainable goals. Things that you can do every day, and hold yourself accountable to them.

Ok, I'll throw you a bone. If you want the cheat code to losing weight, get some phentermine. You will have no appetite so you can learn healthier eating habits. Find a candyman (cash only doc) somewhere who will prescribe it for you. You may even be able to lift (some) on the phentermine. But you can forget power lifting (5x5) on a deficit unless you really just like injuries.

Based on your edit, I'm going to say that you aren't lifting regularly enough, along with eating clean. You should be lifting 4 to 5 days a week, cutting out shit (i.e. alcohol for at least a month, sweets, crisps, etc.), and adding in intermittent fasting to your diet. You will have to do your own research on what diet works best for you as everyone is completely different.

Let’s take shortcuts that can kill you. Want to lose weight? Eat less. Want to gain weight? Eat more. Balance macros with at least 1g protein per body weight. If you want to drop weight fast while holding on to the redicukously little lean mass you must have then try PSMF.

It’s not rocket science.
