Maybe a year ago I decided to stop fucking around with my lifting and get a coach/trainer. In short time my lifts almost doubled. I wasn't a slouch when I started. I was pulling 400 pounds but now I am closing in on 800.

thing of it is you can be fucking strong, you can have the diet and supplements on point, but if your form, your attitude, and even emotional outlook are wrong? You aren't going to do shit. It all has to be working. It all has to be on point.

Deadlift and squats are as much an exercise in emotional control and frame as it is physical strength. You just can't walk up to the bar and pull that shit. Many times I have walked up for a warm up set. Bent down. Set myself, and nope. Not right. Then I walked away. we are talking some light weight here. You can wreck yourself on the light weights just as easily as the heavy ones.

I didn't cry. I didn't bitch, moan, throw a temper tantrum. Just walked. got my shit right and went back.

Frame is a lot like that. everything has to be right. you have to be right. Even still you can cock it all up. So what? If you do make is spectacular and make it look intentional.
