Get big in the gym and (if you can) grow a beard. Learn how to dress well and work hard on your studies and/or career. Going bald isn't the end of the world and some girls actually really like it.

Nah dude, if you're fit, shave your head and be confident. Yeah it sucks to lose your hair, but men work with what they've got. Your defeated mindset hurts your chances with women far more than your hairline. Find a celebrity with a similar looks profile to you. I either shave or buzz my head. Pretending like it doesn't effect your chances is just delusional. Expect to lose 0.5 - 1 point from it—not a big deal at the end of the day if you're good in most other areas. Some people can wear it well, but most do not.

Try Finasteride. If you get side effects, try dosing 3 times a week instead of everyday and see if they persist. It'll prevent further hair loss. Considering you're pretty young and haven't been balding for long there's a good chance your follicles aren't too miniaturized and Finasteride will be able to do the trick alone.
