I stopped drinking alcohol because i hate the effects of it, i'm living in France lol, any ideas how i can substitute it in dates? I'm thinking about keeping a bottle of wine in my places if ever a girl comes, but don't plan on drinking it at all. What do you guys think? How would you handle dates?

I mean i dont think the issue is with drinking, its more so the binge drinking culture, but obviously no alcohol is better than having any.

Go to a bar, offer the first round. Get soda water and lime, with a cocktail straw. Get non-alcoholic beer for your house, and put them in a coozie. Get non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and a bottle of prosecco for them.

You could always take dates on hikes/urban hikes, or activities that will make you not want to drink. There are many avenues. Source: Bartender.

I was like you for a couple years, got shit tested by people a lot for not drinking. Then I went the opposite way. Started drinking but learned a lot about alcohol and the different kinds, what I did was to go the more expensive stuff not that the more expensive is always better. I went for tasting it instead of just gulping it down to get shit faced. Now I limit how much I drink and avoid being drunk, because I can't taste what I'm having. So I ebjoy alcohol even more without the downsides, but also I have knowledge of it and can actually talk about it to people and makes me look more mature. So you might want to give this a try if not then go for idgaf attitude.

If you don't want to drink don't. Booze can lead to problems for some. Let your dates drink that's their business. Drink beverages you like. I get culturally having wine for guests is French so have a bottle if someone comes over but drink what you like. I'm not a big drinker myself. Occasional beer and scotch, I'm an American and it's multicultural here so people like different things. Never explain why you don't drink wine just state you like whatever you drink. No body can make you do what you don't want to. I love steak if I'm out with a vegetarian I'll order my steak but won't try to force her to eat meat that's her choice. If I invited her over and I knew she was vegetarian already if be polite and serve her an appropriate dish, being red pill doesn't mean rude. Be your own man.
