You don't look bad, I'd say you're better than average. If you hadn't posted how you felt about yourself, and I just saw your pictures randomly, I would have never assumed you felt that way about yourself.

Improve your status and demeanor, lift, improve your frame and outlook, because how you perceive your ideal and current looks is surely undercutting the qualities I just mentioned, that you should aim to improve instead

Edit: I do think you look more masculine with a beard, but so do a lot of men. Facial hair is a secondary sex characteristic specific to men and therefore many women find it attractive, and is similar to why men find breasts attractive

Edit 2: no on the ear surgery, I have never thought ears completely lined up with someone's head looks better than leaning outward. That's just me, but don't do it

Don't do plastic surgery , it just means this is you'r insecurity. You have to be complete with you'r flaws , embrace them cus there's no perfect human. I personally got a big ass nose and I'm very proud of it .

Just lift and get big and you will look really intimidating , and keep the beard .

Keep the beard. Ears are fine, beanie stuff is in your head. I’d work on putting on muscle, with that + beard you’ll be fine. Very angular face which is a good thing

You have a good, solid chin and jaw. I wouldn't grow the beard as thick as you did. The scruff looks good, you look like a tough guy sort of.

Nose is big but you can't do anything about that. I'd give your face about a 6/10 in terms of attractiveness.

I wouldn’t even have recognized your ears had you not mentioned it. I have a huge nose too. Probably why I noticed yours and I OWN the piss out of it. Women love guys with big features if they own it. Some people will ask if I’m Italian and I’ll jokingly act offended and say “why because I got a big nose!” And then laugh and say yea I’m Italian.

It’s all in your head. Some people go out and have acne. And will be in their head about it. Makes things weird. I could have the worlds biggest pimple on my already gigantic nose and i would totally forget about it. To the point if they notice it. It’s only briefly. I have more Interesting things to talk about then then staring at my pimple.

Beard make ugly guys look a few notches better instantly, well congrats, this doesnt really applies to you. From the angle of ur photos I cant be too sure but it seems like you have quite an OK jawline.

Scruffy look suits you best and the beanie is ok too, without a beard. That scruffy looks give out a signal that youre masculine enough to have a beard but youre comfortable in your own skin that you dont need to grow it out.

My two cents right there.
