Hey TRP, looking for some advice... I'm 29, STEM major + MBA, salary of $100k+, own my own apartment. 6'4, 195 @12% BF if it matters.

Basically as I've reached this point I feel lately like my life is laid out before me and I can just continue as is day in day out. After some introspection I feel as though I'm missing the motivation or passion to build upon myself lately.

With working from home because of covid, there's some slow weeks where I can literally do all my daily work in a couple hours and basically have 6 hours that I could put to basically anything; learning new skills to future proof myself ie. coding, learning a new language, starting a side business, etc. Instead I find myself wasting it on various online forums, youtube, etc.

With chicks, I've hooked up enough and I feel like I've proven to myself that I can pick up but lack the desire to chase girls these days. Its just the same cycle rinse and repeat. I see myself in an LTR but the unicorn doesn't exist.

My gym regimen is the one thing I maintain no matter what but its also beginning to feel like more of a chore whereas before I could hardly wait to work out.

I'm not depressed but I just seem to be lacking motivation and vigor in life lately whereas I feel a ton of people would love to be in my position. I'd say my mood is generally grumpier and my sex drive is lower then my younger years but still there. Im planning on getting a hormone panel done soon but not sure if there's any tips or recommendations beyond that?
