Don't be that outlet.

If she doesn't like something you are doing that you have control over, then don't do it, or if you do it, then own it.

But you are probably better off spending less time around when she acts that way. Don't reward that kind of behavior with your time. But also, don't be obvious about it. As soon as you sense it coming on, make yourself scarce for as much as possible.

Also, if she says negative stuff, don't take it too seriously. She's just breaking balls, like anyone else. If you her that it affects you negatively, she'll lose respect for you.

You should have her checked for brain damage... this being said women are sometimes a bit... not super sharp.
