"Thanks" is the best response. I wouldn't say you want to be said to look like the typical engineering student, but you're not fixing that impression with any response. Next best thing is owning your career choice and being so proud of it you would love for people to see it in you immediately.

Meanwhile lift. Eat more. Go into a bulk till you're 180, cut to 10-15% BF, then go into another cycle. Rinse repeat.

Don't tell them what you do. Make up something ridiculous and move on. That will add mystery to you. Also a woman asking you what you do is the beginning of you qualifying to her. Tell them some silly answer and take control of the frame.

Man if someone said that to me, my amused mastery just falls in. You say whatever comes naturally when you don't take them seriously. It's good to read responses but you need to internalise the mindset that creates these types of responses. As soon as they start try and shit on me I just naturally have a little laugh at them. It's hilarious. And I'm nowhere near alpha or anything. But as soon as they fall into a TRP described behaviour, they just become a hilarious characiture of what I thought they were.
