I'm new to anything regarding dating, but I was pretty straight forward. I make a point to talk with them in person, rather texting.

I met with a girl I date two times this week and I wrote like 25 messages in total in this time frame.

And honestly, I can't stand texting at all. The amount of time people waste on it is crazy.

Text game has been a challenge recently and I tried reading online and watching videos on YouTube with very little success. I stumbled on a PDF called magnetic messaging which really helped me out. It has a very strong and easy to remember structure with tons of examples. Theory about text game is kinda pointless without seeing exactly where you are messing up. Check it out and good luck.

Texting is the bane of intimacy. The problem is that the younger generations are more interested in SnapChat than meeting a man face to face. Use the phone for setting definite dates. That's it. 2-4 texts back and fourth is fine but no more. Banter, be charming and set a definite date.

You will however come across girls that will get bitchy and complain that you never text them enough. The best thing about keeping texting to a minimum is that it brings out their insecurities sooner rather than later. This allows you to then be objective and see how bad their insecurities are, and decide if they're damaged goods or not.

An example; The last girl I dated was a 9, but texting in general was really damaging our intimacy. She was the type of girl that had her phone blown up by every other guy out there, but when I came along I didn't do that. I acted indifferent and she got so bitchy over it, and while her attraction went up because of that, it also revealed that she was a deeply insecure girl who was passive-aggressive. Texting (or lack of) is a great way for screening nutjobs.

There's two types of texting to me. Pre date and post dating text. If you get her number and you're wanting to set up a 1st date, do so in a formal, mature manner.

Hey Jen, It was a pleasure meeting you. In our conversation, you mentioned you were wanting to check out ABC. If you're free Friday after work, I'd love to take you out....... Let me know what time works best for you

Once set up, don't text her until day of for a confirmation that the night is still on. This way, you have plenty to talk about rather than having done it before with no emotion.

In my eyes, people who want to be masters of text tend to lack the social skills required to ask those very questions they're texting. That should be your main focus.

TEXT LESS and ALWAYS stay lighthearted and flirty. The moment you start getting deep, even if it's her taking it there, it won't end well.
