Social media made so many people mentally ill. To many guys today think that they should be 6 foot 3, with male model face and millionaire in order to get women. Great guys open tinder and see how little attention they get online and then think that it’s reflect real life. This topic don’t get even near 1% of the attention that it should get.

I honestly just ignore them. They don’t want help, because I know they’ve read all the information on this sub and they know all they have to do is apply it; actually go and do it. But they won’t. So fuck it. Some people will always be left behind.

This sub is no different from the larger Reddit as a whole -- years ago it was really useful, but now everyone has become homogenized and it's all an echo chamber where people just want to whine about depression and anxiety, tell each other that they're wrong, hurl sarcasm and insults at strangers, and do absolutely nothing to address what's wrong within themselves.

But there's one thing I have to point out following your post -- with \most of which I agree -- and that is the fact that you taking the time to autistically obsess over it and then taking the time to whine about it in a diatribe starts to make you no better than the people you are judging, and takes the wind out of the sails of your observation/opinion.

I wouldn't worry about the other people on this sub. I brush off the bad attitudes, cause it's not worth the worry. It's the internet, too many people on here not living out in the real world.

I enjoy the good takes from the good people who genuinely want to get better and leave it at that.

OP I've never see them in my feed. Keep in mind there is a recommendation algorithm on Reddit too.

Best way is to ignore this kind of post and comment. Algorithm are made to increase your session time, if you are less likely to react to this kind of post/comment the algorithm is less prompt to push it to you. Polarization is one of the best way to keep people invested.

It can be a good exercise to learn to detach yourself and not react to absurd and meaningless behaviour of people
