Hi all,

I wasn't sure how to write this, but you know you meet those people that are so sure of themselves, not in a negative way, but they speak with confidence, they talk with confidence and have this calm and playful aura.

Then, there are others who are constantly questioning themselves, am I good enough? Is what I am saying good enough, and from a psychological perspective, their frame is very weak and can crack when someone applies the smallest amount of force.

I am a person that sits in the second category I would say, but I want to work on myself to move towards having a stronger frame/sense of identity. Not only for women but also in my career and business so I can be a leader. Is this a fixed trait or has anybody here worked on themselves to change?

Any advice?

Or has anybody actually made the transition? As I am sincerely looking to work on this.

My thoughts currently are in order to build a strong frame you have to have a strong sense of identity, meaning you build your own value system and adhere to it, making the locus of control entirely internal, rather than external. Then, you have to put yourself in situations of stress, live in accordance with your values, and force yourself to adapt.
