It basically means that when you talk to women, that you look at them like you know you can shag them really well in the sack. And you talk like you can as well.

It's more body language and vocal tonality.

I've picked up women just going up to them and saying "How surprised would you be to REALLY enjoy spending time with me", in the deepest, sexiest voice I could pull off.

A better question is: Why are you looking to act like someone you clearly aren’t all for one girl? It’s coming off as cringe and desperate. What makes her so important that you are willing to try to fake being a totally different guy just to get her attention? Also, if she knows you and sees you’re just acting differently after she told you what she likes…how do you think she’ll view that?

It means she wants a guy who is a challenge to win over, rather than say a Ted Mosby.

Some girls, all they really want is a guy who wants them back and isn't afraid to let it show.

Other girls, they want a guy they choose and chase.

All it really means for a guy is how you approach them. Do you add value to the interaction by say complimenting her, or do you ask for value first, by say teasing her a little and playing hard to get. Ideally you should be doing both, but some women prefer one before the other.

At a guess, I'd suspect your friend OP is a bit of a Type-A personality, probably an 8 or better on the hotness scale, and either is a total social butterfly/tease, or a little more of a shy wallflower with a bit of an attitude herself. Those are the usual two types who want to choose rather than be chosen.
