Perfect way to describe it. Same thing as moving schools or moving into a new house (a bit more extreme). Your body learns to adapt to it. Yeah I remember when I was in highschool in class talking to one of my friends. I don't know how we got into the subject but we start talking about cartoons we used to watch when we little. To girls, 'attractive' isn't what it is to guys. Physical looks are something like 80% to 20% (The Models guy says 10% in his book actually) of initial attraction for men and women, respectively. Just get a nice haircut & clothes that fit you properly, and you're good to good. The other 80-90% is based on HOW YOU ACT.
You need to understand that the top 5% of hot girls get hit on all the fucking time. You ever been to a gay bar? After 3 hours at one you can kind of understand how creepy dudes can be when they hit on you, so you'd likely get annoyed and put up a wall too. It's just another shit test, except this one is right at the beginning. You need to prove to them in some subtle way that you're confident enough to get past that wall. If you think yourself to be too unattractive, your subconscious body language has already lost the battle for you.
I am a firm believer that any guy with any natural looks can get a beautiful girl with the right mentality supported by a well developed inner game. I've seen it many times. Looks seriously don't matter for guys. Just be well groomed and the sharpest version of yourself (and figure out how to do this if you don't know).

Agree 100%. I think a lot of people date for looks early on, and when they get into their mid 20s+ they start to realize you actually need to have a connection with the other person. You never know where a girl is at on that (nor about the 1000 other possible factors going on in their life), but under the right conditions anything is possible in the dating world. I had a night like you described years ago that opened my eyes to this (this was also the night I realized that hot girls are just people too).

I think the biggest thing is “feeling” like you’re below them. Because if you feel that way, it will show in the way you talk and act.
The woman will pick up on it and unconsciously realize that she is “better” than you or can do better than you. She’ll think so because you’re showing her that you think that too.
It’s very important to realize that you’re enough and really engrain that into your mind, and realizing that the girls aren’t above you. If you genuinely act like everyone is equal, then that makes all the difference in the world.

The hottest chick I’ve ever talked to drove a Lexus (found out later her dad paid the bill for) and had a 1400sq ft condo in this nice ass rich neighborhood around here and super nice clothes cuz that’s what she spent all her money on I was intimidated as fuck because I was in a small apartment in a lower class neighborhood at the time and I couldn’t understand how I even pulled this chick in the first place I really thought she was just plotting to rob me or something cuz my apartment had nice furniture at least and in my mind she was this beautiful rich girl with the perfect body and a new luxury car and what does she want with me?
So I end up fucking her which leads to her pretty much crashing at my apartment every night and us fucking like 3x a day so flash forward about a month and we are riding in her car and the day finally comes where we stop at her condo I’ve been hearing all about... did she have it yes she did and it sure was in a rich ass neighborhood so I’m thinking I’m about to walk into some baller shit and I really landed a winner lol.
There was the appliances the condo came with, a dresser, microwave and an air mattress in the living room 😂 literally that was it I was like man what in the mother fuck is going on here 😂😂😂. I couldn’t believe it this whole shit show was all one giant circus I just assumed all this high and mighty shit really she’s damn near squatting in this place it was unreal.
Moral of the story is that shit was the biggest eye opener ever and after that I saw through the bullshit more and more and now I’d never let that shit scare me off you gotta show me or I don’t even believe it anymore these chicks are so fake with that kind of stuff. If you have all your own shit without financial help from your parents or sugar mommas you are winning big time there’s nothing to be scared of lol.

I’ve got all my adulting boxes checked off of things I’m suppose to have at 34 and my body is in good shape and I know I’m not ugly so there’s nothing to be feeling below anybody about. They build them up to be this high and mighty woman that gets $100 bills thrown at them and gifts everyday from underwear model millionaire men that have no flaws and it’s so far from the girls actual lonely life in borderline poverty it’s ridiculous.

Thinking in terms of "leagues" and hierarchies as if they are as natural as sunlight is incredibly naive and laughable. Thinking in such terms is a form of objectification and subconscious 'pedestalization'. Delineating women (or any group of matter) can needlessly hinder one's social intelligence. As soon as I stopped idealizing models and strippers as ideally attractive, my interactions improved exponentially. Why? Because I accept the reality of individual women as humans. Being model or stripper does in no way amplify and imply a high quality personality, emotional intelligence, charisma, sense of humour, ability to perform sexually or interest in worldly things. These things can be found in all types of women, regardless of whether their profession is an intrinsic part of their physical attraction.

So I dated someone who many thought (& him as well) I was way out of his league. Maybe they were right, but he “shoot his shot” and I really appreciated him being ballsy. We started talking and found out we had much in common and ended up dating. My point is, if you want to talk to someone, go ahead regardless of some self imposed “league” or not. You never know what you may find.

Downvote if you must, but hear me out-my boyfriend was laying here next to me as I read aloud. He was telling me himself to say that. But I'm not gonna lie. I would have walked right by him without a glance if circumstances were different. m not saying I'm some playmate but I'm not ugly. In fact it took me a long time to look in a mirror & love myself. To finally be able to feel sensuous in my own body. My boyfriend is so beautiful to me, beautiful inside & out but he doesn't think so & we're working on that. You know how rude some guys are, they ask things like "you snagged her? Am I in the twilight zone?" Or "what's a beautiful ray of sunshine like you doing braving ugly weather like him?" Shit like that fu*cks with a person. You see he's only been in 1 relationship. Then he had an accident that left him disabled & he lost his her & his job. He slowly started healing his body with physical therapy & began to work again but was self concious of scars & hunched over back.- i don't see those things. But the man lost his pride, hope & confidence, resigned himself to die alone & stopped trying. When we met I was talking to a few guys but nothing serious. He says the minute I flashed a big smile he fell in love. Said he had to put his ass on the line & try. And he DID try! I know you don't like that statement, but too bad, get over it cause the man tried-like the rest of his life depended on it! He tried to outshine the competition, to get out of the friendzone & try he did! Because nothing had come easy for him, he went above & beyond to win my heart & my affections. He paid close attention to the quirky little things about me & he remembered! He wasn't afraid of my 200 lb rottweiler & gave her treats, walks & car rides. He worked on my car, cut the grass, even my fairy garden- yep the guy soaked tiny twigs bent them into furniture & wrapped it with twine! And my love of poetry? let's just say he tried- if you call dirty limericks poetry- at least he tried it was hysterical! He was the only guy who even noticed that I don't like the usual gifts or formal dinner dates. The only man who didn't mind pulling over if I spotted pecan trees or blackberries for my pie. We slid down ditches off the hwy laughing, as cars flew cause I just had to dig cattails tails & elephant ears. Or get a jar of water, fish & snails. He didn't tease me either. He didn't bitch about going magnet fishing. He understands when I'm in bed having a pain day. He gets me & I get him. He says he couldn't live with himself if i got awa, just because he feared rejection. Like our OP states- woman can seem intimidating. Whether we rock glam makeup & kitten heels or loose hair & reckles, femininity can make some boys melt & other boys nervous. This goes out to the inexperienced guy, or the one who's been hurt & rejected, or the guy who feels invisible- take a chance! She might say no. But what if it's yes? Either way we don't bite 💏
