Summary for those looking to save time. Her main idea is to understand femininity as experience-orientation, masculinity as results-orientation. For example, drinking a cup of coffee to savor the flavor and a moment is a feminine way of taking coffee, whereas drinking coffee for the productivity boost of caffeine is a masculine way of taking coffee. Wearing a dress for how pleasant it feels to you is feminine, whereas wearing a dress for its effect on someone else is masculine. The best bit is the first 2 minutes, the rest is this chick's life story of being too masculine and goal oriented then realizing she'd be happier if she tried being more feminine.

A way of using this information in seduction and dating is to view relationships wth women as experiences rather than objectives. A masculine view of dating would be with the goal in mind of trying to have sex or trying to find a partner to marry. A feminine view would be enjoying time and experiences with another person for the enjoyment of their presence. Regardless of the gender some people might have masculine dating styles while some may have feminine dating styles, but ultimately it would be optimal to have a balance of both. You would want to enjoy the other person yet, develop objectives for future if you were compatible.

I hate this. Pedagogical op Ed at best. Totally disagree with the binary of experience vs results as equivolent to feminine and masculine. I can love the taste of whiskey, beer and cigars. That's experience, not results, and well established as masculine.

In my English class I had to write a paper on the masculine image in society and it is really interesting. Men are basically told that they cannot show their emotions, which makes them bottle them up and suffer. It's good that communites are out there that help with this kind of stuff, men don't really have a choice otherwise.

This is sheep food, it is very far from the truth. If you want to understand polarity from a westerners point of view, I can only recall devid deida explaining it accurately. Otherwise you have to go straight to the source, eastern philosophy. It's funny to see this westerner be like "femininity has nothing to do with being a woman", she's so proud as she says it yet the asians had it down before Christ. Like the tao te ching was written so long ago the author and date aren't really even known and following it is like the bible on steroids for men specifically. Spare yourself this approximation and read up on shiva and shakti in hinduism, it will help better than this noise. The masters have summarized masculinity as consciousness and femininity as life. Let's just say the mystery is impossible to put into words
