I have a theory that I call the "hotel effect"

When a woman comes into your place you want that feeling you get when you step into a nice hotel room

Nicely furnished, maybe some plants and other trinkets, everything seems sterile and dusted, fresh scent, have a blue tooth speaker that you can immediately sync to your phone, curtains, hand towels, soap, no clutter etc

Honestly with your fridge you can have just drinks like water, sports drinks, alcohol

This is a little thing but I remember a girl once saying "guys always have like two pillows" and it made me think. So I went out and purchased a bed set that came with little decorative pillows so now my bed has 4 regular pillows and 3 throws

Once a woman came to my place and was like "I can tell you're a neat freak" ... No, I'm really not. I just designed my place to be logistically condusive to hosting women

YouTube a video called "stocking your refrigerator will get you many women" Something like that. Not only is it hilarious but there are some lessons to be learned

What's your end goal with the girls you bring? having a good time & doing some gay smoking and talking about your ex's & shit or you want to have sex ?

if you want the option B , do whatever the fuck YOU want & don't think about these hyper needy stuff , you're not in her service . soon as she's at your place you should do rapid escalation instead of this bitch ass " what food do you want baby? " "let's have some drinks & watch a movie" Bs , trust me , i have fucked up more than you can even imagine just because of that .

just rapid escalation to sex , that's all you should do . maybe turning off lights & turning some blue lights on or playing a romantic song at the background , nothing else.

everything can reduce the speed & chance of fucking her. it's not a hollywood romantic movie

First off, you're overanalyzing. Relax. There is no one right answer.

Music? Sometimes. Not necessarily all of the time. You should have some available for when you want/need it. You can choose the music to set the mood or you can use the choice of music as a conversation topic.

Snacks? You should have something available, but you don't need to stock things you really don't want in your place.

Seating. She can sit at whatever distance she is comfortable. Don't force it. If she sits first, you can choose what distance to sit, ideally close enough that it feels intimate with a small "i" but she doesn't feel like you are invading her space.

Unless she's given you signs she wants you to invade her space. Even then, it can be helpful to be a half-step back from wherever the line is because it gives her room to move a little towards you. That's what you want. You want to move close enough to her to put the idea into her head, but no closer, and then see if she moves just a little towards you.

You can find pretexts to move closer. Maybe you want to show her a photo so you scoot closer. Does she lean in? Things are progressing. Does she lean away or otherwise resist you breaching her space? You've got more work to do.

It's not 100% necessary but ideally your place would be fully furnished. That doesn't mean you have to stuff the place to the gills. Some artwork would be a good start. Put the boxes away. And unless you are going for the starving artist archetype, it is better to have nothing than to have junk or some sort of makeshift furnishings.

Lighting: again, not strictly necessary but ideally you would have the ability to adjust the lighting to various levels. The most important feature is that you have adequate brightness.

Congrats on getting your own place! The freedom is amazing.

It's good to have always some alcohol.

Some fun things like a gaming console when things don't go as planned and you still want to have fun with the girl.

You can keep a few girls' items in the bathroom for building attraction (showing abundance).

Personally I wouldn't eat before sex. You need to escalate fast once you have her there (if it's the first time there of course).

But don't overthink it too much, if one can fuck girls in changing rooms, you can do it in the worst apartment ever.

Just make it how you want it and don’t do it for girls. Every apartment I’ve ever had was totally undecorated and strictly functional. Never stopped me from banging, they think it’s cute like I’m a caveman or something lol

Tv, comfy couch, some drinks and she sits next to you on the couch. Get a loveseat to make that even easier.

Cheese and fruit like strawberries if you really want but if you're young, have an assortment of drinks. Six pack of multi white claw, a couple coronas and a $20 bottle of new zealand sauvignon blanc will suffice.

The truth is, most women usually have no food in their house either so don't stress the food situation. Stop by a gas station and get snacks or food on the way back to your place with her is the easiest.

She knows EXACTLY why she is in your place. You didn't invite her back to your place because you really want to see how well she plays Xbox....

Warm light, get some lamps and install Daylight bulbs. Make the couch look inviting to sit on, couple throw pillows, a nice blanket of sorts.

Clean your bathroom SPOTLESSLY. If that bathroom is disgusting, you're screwed. Plenty of toilet paper and a pack of baby wipes. Get some clean hand towels.

Clean glasses that match. If you have wine, make sure you own wine glasses.

Febreze the whole place and make sure you have good ventilation.

In short, don't make your place look like a sex palace or Ed Gein's house. She needs to be comfortable that you don't have an mental issues by living in a drab, undecorated place.

Bed should be clean and inviting. Ratty sheets and pillows make you look younger than you are. It doesn't and shouldn't be expensive, it just has to be clean. Condoms should be easily accessible on the bed but not out in the open. Put them in a side drawer or under the mattress where you can easily grab one.
