How to transition to a kiss on the first date like a ninja even if you don't speak her language.

Admit to yourself you want to kiss her now and don't be afraid of your desire. You are a man, she is attractive, you are attracted to her, she likes you already since she is on a date with you. This is very important.
Grab her attention. It is even better if it is in the middle of some action, like she is telling you a story, or typing a message, walking to the bathroom, etc. Or actually it can be you telling a story. You say "Wait". The fact that you can interrupt shows that your intention is more important that whatever she is doing, and shows that you are not afraid to act on it, which is an alpha quality.
I insert a compliance test here. It is important if your calibration is not developed enough. I tell her "Come here, closer" and do an inviting gesture with my hand. Then here there are three outcomes. First she can say No, it means that you didn't build enough attraction and value. Don't force it further, just return to the normal course of actions as if this attempt never existed. She might ask you "why?". Playfully do not answer, say something like "you will see", "I need to tell you something" and repeat "come here, closer!" . If you are advanced enough you may say "I want to kiss you", but you would not be reading this. If attraction is strong enough she may just comply and move her face to you.
Another compliance test. Support her chin with your bent index finger. If she is not leaning away, go in for the kiss.
Important note: in any outcome, return to what you were doing before the kiss, as if the kiss is not important. I she didn't comply with one of your tests, continue talking, and five minutes later repeat.
Do not go to passionate, unless you are planning to have sex on the same date. Otherwise she might have a buyers remorse, might think she was too easy and might never want to see her again, since she is too embarrassed of her behavior.

The you should have the attitude as you are just trying to remove a piece of lint from her sleeve: "Wait" (and you think, I noticed a piece of lint on your sleeve). "Come here!" (I am going to just remove that lint). Extend your arm to hold her chin (like you would extend your arm to grab that lint). Kiss (remove the lint). Continue talking (you would be very shocked and would draw a lot of attention to that lint, right?)

Now tell me why is your language not important here?

Because every step can be done without saying a word - it is all gestures, postures, facial expressions, eye contact and body language.

Gonna go and post the wait line method below so all of you know what I am talking about

For some reason I find myself in this situation very often, for example on a first date. See if you recognize this: you're talking, flirting, touching each other naturally, discussing sexually charged topics, making loads of sparkling eye contact, etc...

In other words, you have a feeling that you could go for the kiss, and she's very likely to reciprocate. But, both of you are talking all the time, and what's more, windows of opportunity for escalating don't last forever. Your rapport is great now, so you should escalate now.

So what do you do, how can you force that magic moment where you gaze into each other's eyes, the world disappears, and you both go for a smooth kiss? In many dates/situations, there simply will never naturally occur such a situation. So here's my line preceding the kiss, romantic 'perfect' situation be damned:

'Wait.'

That's it.

Whatever you're doing, be it walking from one venue to the next (as you should always try to do), or even simply happily chatting, or she's getting up from the table to go for a drink or whatever, just say 'wait' as if you suddenly thought of something important, which will interrupt with a 'startle' whatever you were doing, then look her in the eyes, and kiss her.

Field tested at least a dozen of times, and it very rarely fails me, and it's great because that moment/feeling of 'damn, I'm pretty sure I could kiss her now, but I just can't find a good moment to do it' really can be quite dreadful. Not anymore.
