I was in the smoking area of a club speaking to a beautiful eastern European chick, who started saying how ugly she was (total BS). I responded how most guys naturally would, and told her that she's really attractive - instantly putting her on a pedestal and (over?)inflating her value.

I see it as a kind of shit test - I was thinking next time I should respond jokingly/teasingly, saying something like "yeah, well, not gonna lie, but you're right". What do you think? How do you respond to it?
