Dude girls have no game. All this crap that we come up with to be good with them...They will ask the standard crap like "what do you do....Where are you from...Etc"

Those are stupid questions. Who fucking cares.

Basically what /u/letsgetrandy said. For me, it depends on the situation. If it's still in the "getting to know you" phase, I tend to lightly belittle her. Not in a NEGGING B/C I'M DA ALPHA way, but in a playful way (I'm a great cook! Yeah, I bet you whip up a mean Kraft Mac n Cheese). I also do it to gauge her reactions. See if she has a sense of humor, if she has backbone, if she gets offended easily, etc.

You really have to gauge the girl, but most will react well if you do treat her like a bratty little sister on occasion and smile at her.

My new thing is when I've been flirting and they say some dumb shit I'll put my hand around their waist and say something like, "we could've been in my room by now but you wanted to keep talking" (some bullshit like that, doesn't have to be relevant) look in their eyes for a minute then just leave and go do something else, usually a drinking game. They always come back.

For reference I'm a college frat kid who drinks a lot and parties are easy and not really fair
