So the easiest would be to give a compliment. Let's say you're in front of the girl. Just say:

You actually look good when you smile. Or I like your smile/eyes/lips/outfit.

This hits better when you're in the middle of a conversation, for example, when you're telling a story. "So I went to my friend's place yesterday... hey you actually have nice lips... anyway my friend invited me to this cool club, it was packed..."

That way, the compliment is subtle, as if you're just casually saying it, which makes it all the more powerful.

Another way is to give yourself a reason to touch her.

For example: Hey, that's a cute bracelet. Let me see (then go and touch the bracelet), wow and you have nice hands, too. (while touching her hands), they're cute. Very feminine. Look (then slowly take her hand as if you're comparing how big your hand is compared to hers). Note: when you're doing this, don't be awkward. She'll notice it and may hold back. So just be casual.

lastly, the best way to tease, based on my experience, is to do a push-pull. It's basically saying something good plus something that's not so good (but not an insult).

Examples:
you're cute, too bad you're not my type
you're the coolest person I've met...in the last five minutes
you're like, the most beautiful girl on this side of the street

Think about that, the inability of about four out of five women to detect when a guy was flirting had several reasons, not merely that the guy was insufficiently skilled at flirting.

The comments about creating a fun vibe are spot on. I like to think of it as "the world is a party and you are the host". Just picture going to a party where you only really know the guy hosting it. First off there is no "simple and easy" way.

The best way to do it, is to change your mindset when you are approaching. Right now you see it as flirting, so you are trying to get the number, trying to lead it to getting laid, or somethign from her. When you talk to someone with the sole purpose of "i want somethign from you" people can tell and your genuine self does not come out.

So the idea is getting your genuine self out there. Best mindset is to just go in, enjoy the conversation and just live the moment. Forget about getting her number, or other things. Because when you can go in a conversations dont care if this girl ever gives you or her number, not care about offending her, and be yourself, you will get girls wanting to be around you.

Understand that men go out ot get laid and women go oput for fun. So it's a transaction, you have to give them some time of fun. Liek if you meet them at a bar you gotta give them 2-3 hours of fun, make it memorable, etc for them to even consider actually calling you back or going home with you.

So few things you can start doing is, first improve how you dress. Understand taht social skills is the #1 way of getting girls, but how you look makes the process a little easier. Understand that most men who do succeed have a success rate of like 5%, but they are just talking to women and learning from their mistakes and understanding that a rejection does not mean there is something wrong with them. Most of the time it has nothign to do with us men, it's more how that girl was feeling in her life at that moment. So buy some nice jeans, bomber jackets, cologne and wear the cologne in most occasions. Even occasions you think you can just dress comfortably make an effort to look good. Get better fades for your haircuts, let your hair grow, etc.

Practice your social skills, even with men you just met. Because i have found that guys who can't talk to girls also struggle with men they just met. Like do events that forces you to talk to new peiople, networking events, meetup app events, even social dating meetups, etc. Do it all and make an effort to tlak to people "man and woman" and when you do dont expect anything other than a pleasent conversation. And if you enjoy the conversation get their number.

Then translate that to bars/clubs, etc. When you go up to a girl, find a common ground topic. Dont go thinkin gthat you have to wow her in 5 minutes. Just go in thinking that she looks cool and you want to see if she is fun. For me i like to complement outfit, because outfit is an extension of personality and odds are she was asking her friends before going out if it looked good and didnt fully believe them when they said yes. So she doesnt get validation until a stranger says it and im going to be that stranger. So i go "hey i like that outfit where'd you even find something liek that?". If she seems interested and like she's being super responsive, then i ask a few questions liek "wher eyou from" and try to throw a joke int here like "oh you from chicago, sorry about that, that cold must suck". shoot the shit a bit.

One thing i love to do is if she's there with friends, i try to help up the whole group. Beacuse beggers cant be choosers if you approach one girl in a group, then you jhust told the whole room "this is the girl im into, and nobody else" if she rejects you then the whole room will now ignore you because they dont want to be #2. But if you hype up the group, first even if 1 girl doesnt want you there, the rest will outvote her if they like you. Second, you can let them decide who likes you the most. Even if it's not the 10 of the group, but the rest are 7s, beggers cant be choosers, if one of the 7s is eyeing you a bit later when you ar dancing, then that's better than nothing and 7s still look good too. Plus it gives you a better chance at getting a callback, because girls lvoe guys who their friends rave about. Like "omg that dude was so fun you gotta call him again".

Remember practice, and just keep doing it. Understand you will fail, even the best guys still fail. Just learn and dont take it personally. Rome was not built in a day, it could take months of you doing this to see consistent resutls just keep doing it and dont get down on yourself.
