I strongly advise against this. While it's legal most places, it's considered unethical by most. And HATED by women. Many feel like this is a form of abuse / gender-based aggression.

As a dude, I would also very much hate it if I was filmed against my knowledge, and then posted online later on as some kind of example for something. Even if it was just used for private "learning", I would still have a massive issue with it. If you're going to video tape me for something like this: You better get my consent first or you're a dick.

I think there should be a law against it, especially now that these smart glasses are becoming so popular.

Also note that once you have done this, it will always be something you have done. You cannot undo it. Let's say in the future you become a politian or famous person for whatever reason, and internet sluths figure out you did this, it will completely ruin your reputation. You will be labeled a creep and a sexual transgressor. If you post this stuff online, assume it will be there forever.

If women you're dating find out you've been doing this stuff you will instantly be rejected / dumped, ridiculed, and probably blasted online. And that's completely justified IMO. The BBC and other news outlets have already outed some of these dudes.

Do it with wingmen. When we record it always involves 3 guys. One of us records, the other pretends to be talking to the camera or doing a tiktok or whatever but in reality, the one with the camera is shooting over the second guy's shoulder so he can film the 3rd guy that's doing the approach.

The guys who tell you not to record the interaction are the moralists, those who will judge you if you dare to learn something related to seduction (if you learn a routine or an opener, you are authomatically a creep), don't listen them. If you can do it, great. Filming yourself is a method that builds confidence, pushes you to approach, and gives you motivation. The sooner you do, the better.

Any spycam is good for POV format videos. Not those weird glasses, use cameras disguised as a button, a car key, or a lighter. If you want to appear in the video, then you need another person filming you from a distance but if you're not a YouTuber, it makes no sense to bother, body language is fluff talk (everyone knows the basics). Better to focus on talking. You’ll see and hear how awkward it gets when a moment of silence appears in the conversation, especially in the first 5 minutes. That’s the part you need to improve.

You can probably get a lot of the info you want from just audio recording in the background on your phone to see how you sound looking back on a convo.

I am also against of recording sets, but if it is really your style to learn like this, either audio record or get a wingman to debrief you after the set. Filming the whole thing is a bit too much

Julien from RSD used to sometimes do infield where he's holding his body in all kinds of weird ways for fun, all hunched over, or arms in a very unnatrual way etc. Didn't effect him

It's really all just about attraction. Not body language and techniques etc. If you get rejected it's almost certaintly not your body language or some 'game' issue. Just not her type. No attraction. move on to the next girl!

Just get a friend to do it for free.
