as a woman, ask for my number. it's more mature. definitely don't ask for my snap, that's something i'd ask for if we end up being cool with eachother. ask for insta the next day you get the number–don't go for that right away. don't try and flex your insta off the bat (if your posts are flashy), the women you want to attract absolutely do not find that interesting and will cringe at it. asking for the number lets them know you actually want a convo with them/get to know them beyond a social presence

Phone number > IG >>>>> snap

You're much less likely to get lost in a sea of people if you get the number. If you have a crazy good IG (which most guys do not) it could be helpful to get IG, but even then, a number is more direct.

With snap, I remember being at a party in college and watching this random girl scroll for an entire minute down her incoming snaps list. Snap is a surefire way to get lost in a sea of guys, unless she's super into you. Plus, most chicks I talk to feel like asking for snap is immature.

Personally snapchat is too low level.

If it’s somebody from your surrounding, I’d go for insta. Number if you’re cold approaching.

I usually hand her my phone with the search screen opened up on Instagram. Phone number is probably better though. If she likes you, it probably doesn't matter. The purpose is to just make future contact possible.

I think if you have an impressive instagram with even just a few posts with great pics then it’s advantageous to show her that.

Girls are more likely to give out insta/snap than phone number. But phone number is a bit more personal. Doesn’t really matter too much at the end of the day since you can talk to her on any of them

Level of maturity imo. IG is cool, phone number is even better, but for someone like me in their mid 20s, snap is starting to become a reddish flag

I don't know how old you are but if you're over 30 or late 20's don't ask a woman for her social. Ask for her number. I'm 39 and I don't take anyone seriously if they tell me to hit them up on Snap, Tiktok, or Insta. We are too grown for that. Call or text me like an adult.
