Personally, i'd take one of these routes depending on if you enjoy this girls company. 1) Like someone else here said, freeze her out directly after that fact, go back to doing something else (if that's paying direct attention back to the movie you two are watching or getting out of bed and doing something else). She'll re initiate physical contact if she's serious about wanting to fuck you.

I had this happen to me too, and god I hate the hypocrisy of it so much. What has worked for me (both my mood and to get her to give in eventually) is to go chase other girls ASAP and just ignore her for a while.

I think you're problem is that you haven't qualified her enough. This usually helps to kill LMR. Tell her why you like her and the reason shouldn't be something about her body.

If you want to date her, invite her out on a non-sexual date or meetup with your friends to demonstrate that you don't see her as only a sexual object. Let her see other aspects of your life, and then re-escalate. This worked for me when a girl gave me a similar line a few times in a row.
