Great book, I would also recommend it. I felt like it brought me back don’t to thinking about the simple things you need to do instead of massively overthinking and trying harder than I should be (hopefully that makes sense).
Only slight gripe I have is that it feels like it’s not new

First point in the guide suggests not to be needy. Now, i understand how it works when someone is not needy. But how am i supposed to be non needy when my needs of love, sex and companionship are not being met?

This is huge. Recently got a GF and ive been following this sub for some pointers and guidance. Biggest thing in my opinion is establishing that emotional relationship with the girl before the physical side starts. Ive found that approaching it this way and not trying to “get some” is the better of the two if you want a lasting and solid relationship.

It's a good book. I also recommend finding and reading several other books on PUA and dating because you will need to get different perspectives and ideas, and to hear the same ideas described in different ways.

This is good for those that are already half decent at game.

It was written by someone already good at game that wanted to achieve better 'quality' results.

But plenty will find that often it's the more technical aspects they are missing; perhaps because they've spent their lives doing other interesting things and missed getting good at attracting women.

This book is shit for beginners idk why people here worship it. Mark Manson was the guy that was already getting laid, but his problem was serious meaningful relationships. This book is for people who already get laid and can have sex when they want, but can’t have serious stuff. It has 0 practical advice (except at the end of the book) it’s only mindsets. The thing is, a mindset is not something you read in a book and you have it, it’s your actions irl that define your mindset.
