I can finally say that I know how that feels like.

Not to be a dick, truly, but MDMA is different from ecstasy. MDMA is a body, everything-feels-like-orgasms-even-your-sweater high, and ecstasy is MDMA cut with (typically) methamphetamine. MDMA effectively has almost no side effects and ecstasy will fuck you up long term. Although it's not a huge deal short term. You'll almost never find MDMA at a club.

Hang, on, I think you're confused a bit.
MDMA is 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, in any form.
Ecstasy is MDMA in street pill form, and molly or mandy is MDMA in powder or crystal form.
Neither of which (theoretically) are cut with methamphetamine, but both of which are related to it.
But yes, anything cut with anything is generally not a good thing, especially if you think you're doing one and not the other.

This is blatently incorrect. I've never, ever run into X that didn't have speed of one form cut into it.
If you were to give MDMA to someone who was looking for X they will usually think they were ripped off. The high that people associate with X is the meth and MDMA high.
This is very well documented. X is almost always cut with a form of speed or opiate. Sometimes coke, usually just meth. Sometimes heroin.
So much for bringing this up on r/seduction, I guess? You are wrong dude (in fairness, lots of clubbers are misinformed on this subject. But you are still wrong) Bring on the downvotes :\

Hey, sorry if I'm confusing you. I'm actually not really a part of the club scene or anything. I'm just interested in chemistry. I don't doubt that some forms of MDMA are cut. I completely believe you.
However, I do think you're using the incorrect terms.
MDMA is the name of the actual chemical. It stands for MethyleneDioxyMethAmphetamine. It comes in two common forms—either street pills (referred to as Ecstasy, X, etc.) or a powder (typically called molly, I believe).
I'm sure that X is commonly adulterated; I don't doubt you at all. Just wanted to clarify terminology. MDMA = the actual chemical. Ecstasy = pill form of MDMA. Molly = powder or crystal form of MDMA.
Please, correct me if I'm wrong. I very well may be. This is just what I know as far as terminology.

MDMA, or molly, is the actual chemical as you put it, but X isn't just it's "street name." X is MDMA + another drug, usually a form of speed and sometimes heroin. This both increases the duration of molly, which is pretty damn short, and creates a better "roll" (Because your feelings are like a rollercoaster! Haha).
The high that people look for and expect when using ecstasy is a high that is defined by MDMA with a opiate or speed backbone.
MDMA is in all ecstasy, but they are not the same thing.

I actually did not know that molly contained meth, uh, "naturally." I've never heard of anyone doing straight molly getting a meth-type high, so my bad :p. If you use MDMA (if it's pure) then you won't get a speed-high, from my experience anyway.
All I am saying is that MDMA is cut with speed. That's why if you use one of those 50$ at-home testing kits regular molly won't test positive for meth, but X will. So don't use X kids! Haha, though to be fair, I've never known anyone to get addicted to X (but I'm not big in the rave scene)

That video is fascinating!
Even though MDMA "contains" methamphetamine in the name, it doesn't mean that the chemical actually has meth in it. It just means that there's some relation between the two chemicals. You would have to add meth to MDMA (which, I now know, is common with X) to actually get a meth-molly high.
But anyway, thanks for helping me clear that up. I hope we both learned something :D
