Gentlemen, when I tell you that my inner game has improved ten fold, I am not exaggerating.

Decided to take a trip to Hawaii for a week and experienced a new perspective of life.

Hiked up some mountains, tested myself, snorkeled in some of the cleanest water you've ever seen, took some awesome pictures, interacted with the natives --- all completely solo.

It changes you internally when you're forced to adapt. There was one particular hike that really brought it all together.

I get to this mountain, sweating my balls off, and I'm like fuck this, I'm taking off my shirt and I decided to hike shirtless.

So quick backstory.

I actually have an inverted sternum and it's always been something I've been ashamed of because it emphasized my gut more than someone who doesn't have one.

For years and years I've suffered heavily from body dismorphia. I've never really felt great about my body even if I'm not really in bad shape.

My internal dialogue was screaming:

"People are going to laugh."

"Someone is going to make a comment"

"People are going to mock me"

And you know what? It never happened. Everybody was too focused on themselves to even care.

So I climbed up and up this elevation passing people. One dude made a comment "Damn, you're a beast man".

Felt good.

This vacation in general has shown how much I've grown over the years. But this hike specifically was affirmation on my internal growth vs my younger days of insecurities.

I did things on this trip I never would've considered years ago and I'm proud as hell of where I have matured.

This has translated into a significantly stronger game for myself. Women that I never thought I'd ever have a chance with are approaching me.

Like, it's really fucking surreal once you own your identity.

So if you're ever sweating about getting a date, or you have oneitis, or whatever mental blocker -- don't fucking sweat it. The world will keep spinning and you will keep on keeping on.
