I struggle a lot with my own toxic attitudes towards women, often really despising them whenever things don't work out. Even if it's not personal, I take it personally. For example, a girl broke up with me because she wanted kids and I don't. She even said that if I also wanted kids she would've wanted to keep seeing me. Totally fair. But even though logically I knew it was reasonable, emotionally it felt like an insult and I resented her, and even told her off and made her feel really bad about herself. Have any other men overcome this struggle of being overly sensitive to any form of rejection/resenting women as a result? I know it's bad.
