That’s a classic beginner’s excuse. It shows they don't quite grasp the concept of calibration, some patterns and how to read body language to gauge if someone is even interested in talking. A guy might see all the signs (closed-off posture, a woman in a rush, or someone clearly avoiding eye contact) and yet, he still forces the approach. That’s not boldness or courage, it’s just plain stupidity. It’s like seeing a dog growling and barking, but then saying: "Hey, maybe it won't bite, you never know until you try."
