I like the idea of giving any reason but her physical attributes, but Even that, if done in a funny, self amusing way it would probably work anyway. Maybe, to demonstrate humor say, I saw you had a keen eye for quality tomatoes and I like that in a woman. Most women squeeze them too hard, but you had the perfect combination of firm yet gentle.

Tell her you saw how attractive she looked and that how she carried herself suggested an interesting character . In just a couple of moments you were beguiled and then decided to approach. Put some specifics in that you recall.

She was flattered and wants to know what she was emanating, and she harbors doubts and wants to know what you really want.

Kind of avoid it in a funny way to keep the mystery or say the truth straight up with all the confidence in the world. I prefer the first option unless certain situations call for it.

So say something like. "Well, was was trying to buy some apples but you just kept being in my way".

Now you have just demonstrated a couple of things in one sentence. Namely:

You think fast
You have a sense of humor
You must have social skills to come up with that
You do not do what she asks of you so you are not a pushover
You have a mystery about you that she wants to explore and finds attractive
You challenged her to use her feminity to explore that mystery
You tease her. Only men with options do that which will make you more attractive

Women like these things. Once again, use the first option.
