I've been taking a yoga class for about a month now. I started when I saw a poster for it the first night of university. I've always been a firm believer that fitness and health is directly related to confidence and success in the field, so I decided to give it a try.

I'll admit--I was skeptical at first. I was more into lifting weights and running. Yoga seemed like a stretch party for hippies. I was very, very wrong.

After a month of taking classes, I'd like to recommend yoga to each and every one of you here.

After a class, I feel calm. Relaxed. I exude a natural confidence and swagger in my walk that I didn't have before. My confidence has been skyrocketing, and my demeanor has just been straight alpha this past month--calm, cool, collected, in the moment. If there's one thing yoga has done for me, it's been to teach me to stay in the moment and calm.

Not to mention the great health benefits. Start yoga and you're going to be limber and flexible like you've never seen in your life before, as well as adding core strength (and this means toned abs). And just a heads-up: yoga is alpha as fuck.

Yoga is a seriously great way to expand your social circle and meet some new, interesting women. I stay after class and chat it up with every girl there, and I've found that they're all intelligent, beautifully independent girls.
