I'm really bad at the texting stuff so I got decent at insta-dates. Getting someone just to meet you is the hardest part of dating, she's already there so why not continue. All of the same day hookups iv had were pretty clear withen 30 seconds. I like to think im pretty good at reading people and I have always known really quick if it was going to get there. In every situation I have always worked to slow it down. I want a bit banter to feel them out before we get to work.

Nope, insta dates naturally have lower success rates and take more time on average to get a hookup no matter how good you are. There's three main reasons for this:

The girl might not be ready (hasn't showered and been walking around all day/just went to the gym etc) so she's not going to hook up because she feels "gross"
She might have somewhere to be soon or just later in the day and hooking up would mess up her schedule
Insta dates require no investment from the girl. For a normal date, the girl has to take time out of her schedule, get ready, drive to where the date is etc so there's a good chance that she's actually interested. For an insta date, she might just want a free coffee/snack or is just bored and is fine having a conversation with a random person before going about her day.

I personally never recommend guys going for insta dates ever. The only time I would recommend it is if the guy is already good and he just wants to do it for fun or a unique experience. I have not met one single guy who has higher conversion rates / higher efficiency from insta dates than normal dates.

Yes, you take her on the date then and there and it's like an ad hoc first date after the approach.

Use the momentum of the approach to make a first date right there, even if it's basic and unorganized, and proceed like you would on a first date with physical escalation, moving venues, then eventually sex.

And if it doesn't go to sex, you've already had a first date and escalated - get her phone number after this insta-date and organise a second date there for later and she's so much more likely to text back and go on another date (you've already been on one).
