First of all, LOVE the seddit community and am so glad that I have this place to chat. I'm caught in a predicament that others can relate to and need assistance keeping my cool and could use some guidance on what to do next.

So I've been hooking up this girl almost every week for about two months and so far everything's been going swimmingly (great sex, laid back relationship, I've been in control for almost the entire time).

So the night before yesterday she had semi-drunkenly texted me with clingy behavior (childish, quick replies; trying to get me to hang out). I played it cool (perhaps too cool) and rested instead. The next day I see a potential time to hang out, and asked her if she wanted to get rowdy later that night. She was indecisive saying that she would be at her friend's.

Later that night we're separately galavanting the bars around town, and end up crossing paths just before last call. As soon as I walked into the bar, I saw her flirting with another guy, her back to me. I decided I would pretend not to see her for a while and just before I leave she calls me out and the four of us are engaged in convo (her, me, my wingman, guy she was with: "Toby"). Toby and I instantly recognized each other from school (& "Katie" was like "what! you guys know each other?"). From what I interpreted by her body language she was "acting" very drunk. stumbling all over the place, I thought she overdid it a bit. Anyways, I had a smile on since I entered the bar and was lookin fresh so I could play it cool. Amidst the convo I heard her say "sorry," and her face was flush. A minute later the two turned away and began walking in the opposite direction of us with their arms around each others' back. No doubt we will have to talk about the situation eventually and I guess what this post is about is to improve my own performance in "keeping cool" as well as that of others.

So many things going through my mind this morning on what I will say and I'm kind of indecisive. I can't help but feel shitty about what happened (and honestly I don't think she can either), and so I guess I just need a pick me up before I talk to her. I have a good feeling that Toby didn't even get her pants off seeing how drunk they seemed and how bad Katie must've felt for the rest of the night (may not be true). But I can't keep my mind from wandering into the realm of betrayal. Want to say thanks in advance for any consideration given. First Post!
