You somehow, imo, you triggered her anti-slut defense mechanism. Without proper escalation, they suddenly realize the momentum which goes too fast for them. In other words, you skipped some steps toward sex.

It’s called slut-defense mechanism.

By sleeping so fast, she feels slutty and low value, and inherently she thinks you will think she is low value or even if you don’t, she will assume her friends or family will see her as slutty when they ask how you two met/started dating.

“Well we went out on a date and we fucked” This line isnt something she feels good saying.

So to solve that dissonance you have to make her feel that sleeping fast with a guy doesn’t make her a slut but without using those words.

And that if you two slept together it isn’t because you planned it from the beginning, or that you usually never do this, that you let emotions control you or even (even if it sounds a bit cheesy) that u feel like God or the universe conspired for this to happen and there was nothing either of you could have done to prevent it as destiny had other plans.

Many girls will eat this type of line up as it will soothe that feeling of being slutty and low value, by blaming destiny to absolve both you and her of responsibility or moral wrongdoing.

So it’s about solving the dissonance she has after sex happened so fast.

It's very unlikely that "not feeling a connection between you" had something to do with sleeping with you fast.

To solve this - you have to understand the true reason for why she says she did not feel a connection. "Not feeling a connection" is a blanket statement from her and it tells you nothing about what mistakes you may have done according to her.

If this just happened to you once, don't worry about it. Not every woman will feel a connection with you even if you do everything perfectly. That's normal.

If this happens a lot: Think about how you choose your women, whether they're truly ready for sex with you at that time, and if you're good at sex.

Maybe you just weren’t intimate enough during sex. Maybe she wanted more out of it and you just saw it as sex. Create mire boundaries and make sure they know its just sex and nothing will come from it. Sometimes no connection means “you fucked me like I’m nothing” when they want you to fuck them like you’re in a loving relationship
