I was in a set where I kept escalating with this girl, her friend, and another guy that I dont know.

We all ended up heading back to one of the girls place and did karaoke until 4am, but the one I wanted wasn't into me and I left her place and the other guy left with her friend.

This exact same situation happened with the same girls a week later, but she left her friends place with a different guy. I realized this was going to happen, but I chose to stay in the set for experience.

I feel like a chump. I put energy into escalating, flirting, and leading her. It got me thinking when exactly does it turn from doing game into chasing woman?
