I feel so bad for her. Indecisive guys shouldn't receive thoughtful gestures as a reward for wasting your time. This gesture is particularly bad because men tend to read reversals in gender roles around gift giving and such as a permission to forget about romantic gestures altogether, since they "thought you weren't like a typical woman". This time of the year would be a good opportunity for him to reciprocate, but somehow I have a feeling that all she will get for Christmas is a halfhearted emoji salad.

I'm starting to think why flowers in the first place. It's such a gift for a woman. Why did she choose flowers. It's not even a typical gesture in culture to send men flowers. Ehhh. She should've ordered a funeral wreath for herself cos her standards dead.

Very few men appreciate flowers. Why not just buy flowers for yourself? I do every Friday. Safeway has a $5 deal every Friday and they last!
