Local story to me and wife works at the district. The problem is that black females with lesser qualifications and evaluations were not demoted.

This happened very soon after a former black female employee was elected to the school board.

Bonus: said board member has an outstanding lawsuit against the district and blantantly ran a race based campaign.

In the Assistant Principal category, "qualifications" is murky at best. The job attracts douchebags. We all know this. I'm am very hesitant to cry sexism (or racism) simply because several white guys got punted back to teacher and new Assistant Principals were brought in.

Also, this school district is majority-minority. Three Black people on the school board would be normal, equitable representation, not an evil plot to bring down teh white menz. Good grief.

Only one was forced to resign.

The others were re-assigned.

I'd look for another source before you cry both racism/sexism.

Seriously, teachers in my area are just getting cut from the budget, most of these guys were assistant principles who were allowed to go back to teaching in a classroom.
