A nice robe for outside the bed. I folded a microfiber blanket on just my side of the bed that does the trick at night.

Comfortable, warm robe and cozy slippers.

How long is your nightgown? I tend to wear mine only to/past my knees (not shorter). What material are your nightgowns? I've got a few cotton (warm!) and some that are silky (not warm).

What parts of your body get cold? It may help to wear gowns with sleeves (not spaghetti straps) if your shoulders get cold. It may help to wear socks or slippers if your feet get cold. My legs get cold easily, so it helps me to wear longer gowns — these I can stretch over my legs when sitting (good insulation).

I would not recommend anything tight, in fear of blocking circulation. You want to keep your blood flowing.

Yoga pants and leggings can actually be good for sleeping. They will show off your bottom, because they tend to be fitted in that area. Plain V-neck shirts are not a bad option.

I have given up with women's nightwear. It is SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I hate it, so much. I am a little larger than average on the chest and I can never find nighties/cute tops that fit properly because of it. So I wear my man's shirts and t-shirts. Ever couple of days he'll pop one under my pillow so I'm not just raiding his wardrobe and that way I wear the ones he likes me in.

If I'm feeling on the cold side I LOVE my hot water bottle. It's old school but it WORKS. It stays warm for hours and allows me to be warm while my SO stays cool (he hates being warm at night). I adore fleece lined leggings and cute pyjama bottoms such as these or these.

Anything tight but with long sleeves/legs, for example leggings? Another solution might be a warmer blanket, I have a "cassette" bedcover with down feather filling, you can't get cold under it even when it's under -30 degree outside. Good luck! :)

I feel your pain! I live in Chicago and our winters are pretty rough. I'm partial to fleece-lined leggings. They're form-fitting and my husband enjoys fhe view, but they also cover me up and keep me warm! I wear them under my clothes on cold days (under jeans or a dress/skirt), and then wear them to bed at night, usually under a nightie. Investing in a good, pretty bathrobe is also helpful. The silky ones hold in a surprising amount of heat and look really pretty! My husband and I are also partial to my wearing yoga pants as sleeping clothes. They have that casual, comfy look that's reserved for time spent hanging around the house with my husband, but they do showcase the rear end quite nicely!

Not sleepwear, but a heated mattress topper could be something to look into! It's basically like a heating pad for your bed. If your bed is a queen or larger there are two separate settings for both sides so one side can be on while the other isn't- keeps me toasty warm!

He was a furnace, which meant I seldom had to care about nightclothes at all. Surprising how well that works on several levels. :)
