If you started your TRP path only recently, the first few months are going to be mostly about your self-improvement. Lifting, personal hygiene, that kind of stuff.

I work a 9-5 job, and although I am not really required to be at my desk at 9, I somewhat try to. It takes me 30 mins to get to work from my place.

Before TRP, I would set my alarm clock to 7:45 and keep snoozing it until 8:20, at which point I would quickly jump from bed angry at myself for the lack of self control, barely just wash my teeth and hit the street. I was demotivated, angry at myself and still sleepy as fuck.

Now that I started to work on myself, this is what my routine looks like:

7:10 - Alarm clock goes off, I get up immediately, I proceed to take a dump

7:40 - Weighting time - I measure my weight to track my progress of losing it to motivate me

7:45 - Wash teeth

7:50 - Take care of my cats' toilet, food and water

8:00 - Morning workout. Push-ups, single handed lifting, sit-ups. Everything 3 series of 15.

8:20 - Shower to wash off the sweat, when I am clean I close the heated water and I shower in ice cold water until my body stops shivering (building cortisol resistance - great receipt for biochemical IDGAF)

8:30 - Hitting the streets for work. Rested, mind activated, positive, motivated to kick some motherfucking ass.

In the next days I am going to further push this to 7:00 because I want to squeeze a breakfast in there somewhere (what would be a good time to have breakfast in this schedule? what would be good to eat? i assume eggs and bacon is the ideal combo for protein/cholesterol)
